• Born in France, Laurent has lived in Canada for the past 30 years. He is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience assisting French companies establish themselves in Canada.
• He was the Director of Rhone-Alpes International (RAI) in Montreal from 2001 to 2012. During that time, he provided support to more than 500 companies and oversaw the creation of 80 Canadian subsidiaries of his French clients.
• He launched Rezoway at the end of 2012. Today, Rezoway provides a variety of services to more that 50 companies every year, in Canada and the United States.

 

 

• Olivier has over 25 years of experience managing top-notch marketing agencies (Publicis, DDB, TBWA, Cossette), both in France and Canada. 
• He is very familiar with marketing and communication programs for retail products, especially in the food industry
• He is also an expert in the definition and launch of new brands.
  Olivier has several degrees in Economics and Marketing Communications.

• Over 6 years' experience in digital marketing, with a variety of roles offering a 360° view of projects.
• A wealth of international experience, having lived in 5 different countries, bringing a sharp eye and an open mind.

• In his past mandates, he has been able to develop and execute business development plans that increased market share while improving profitability.

• He excels in creating sales channels, as well as smoothly integrating sales and marketing processes.
• He has also succeeded in building many strategic alliances for international clients as well as enhancing their brand awareness.

 

Senior Executive with over 25 years' experience in executive and operational management, specializing in consumer goods and consulting.

Vice President, General Manager and Functional Leader, Jerome has led cross-functional teams, generating sustainable growth and creating value across all areas of the business. Jerome was a member of the Executive Committee of Coca-Cola North America.

• Vice-President & Group Director Strategic Customers: Driven revenue and margin growth through innovation, marketing and cross-functional engagement.
• Business Development Director (Europe, Eurasia, Middle East and Africa): Long-term planning, disciplined segmentation and supply chain optimization.

• Lionel is a dual US/French citizen, lives in San Diego and has been associated with Resoway since 2016.
• Business lawyer, for almost 30 years with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, coming from his experiences in various High-Tech industries.
• Lionel, a corporate lawyer for 30 years, is also animated by a strong entrepreneurial spirit he acquired from his experiences with various high-tech companies. He is a member of the California, Washington DC, Quebec and French bars which provide him with unique capabilities to help French companies with development projects in Canada and the US.
• Lionel has been associated with Rezoway's development in North America since 2016 and is its legal referent in the US.

• Philippe has been involved in the technology industry and its applications for more than 40 years (aerospace, defence, medical, automotive, logistics, robotics).
• CEO of four companies (including one IPO). Expert in corporate finance (VC, bank, government)
• He is a business builder who has been the CEO of four companies (including one IPO) and is an expert in corporate finance (VC, bank, government) and M&A transactions. He has also been the Chairman of a VC fund.
• He has done business in 32 countries, has helped many startups and assisted several European businesses enter the US market.
• As an engineer, he made several significant contributions to medical imaging, the Space Station and some studies on climate change.
• Philippe holds an engineering degree from ENSEEC (now ENSICAEN). He is a dual US / French citizen.
